Terms of participation – “Your 30-Day Protocol”

Thank you for taking part in our 30-Day Protocol. So that everything is clear and fair, here is how the promotion works.
1. Organiser
The promotion is run by Kollagen Institut, contactable at service@kollageninstitut.de. Full company details are in our legal notice.
2. Promotion period
The promotion runs until 31 October 2026, 23:59 CEST. What counts is the time your entry reaches us by Instagram direct message. Entries received after that cannot be considered. We may extend the promotion, but you have no claim to an extension.
3. Who can take part
- Individuals aged 18 or over with a delivery address in one of the countries we ship to.
- You need your own Instagram account to send us your entry.
- Employees of Kollagen Institut and affiliated companies, and their relatives, are excluded.
4. How to take part
- Fill in your 30-Day Protocol: mark one circle on the card for every day you took your collagen – for 30 days.
- Send us a short video by Instagram direct message to @kollageninstitut. The video should show your completed card, and tell us which product you chose and how your 30 days went.
- Your entry must reach us before the end of the promotion period.
Posting your video publicly on Instagram and tagging @kollageninstitut is entirely optional and is not a condition for the reward. We would of course love it if you share your experience.
This is not a prize draw: nothing is decided by chance. Every complete and timely entry receives the reward under these terms.
5. Your reward
- As a thank you, you receive a personal, single-use voucher code worth one jar of collagen. The value is the regular single-unit price of the product you used during your 30 days, at the time the code is issued.
- You do not have to choose the same product again. You can redeem the code against any product in our shop. If you pick something more expensive, you simply pay the difference; if you pick something cheaper, the remaining value expires.
- If you bought a bundle or several jars, the reward is still the value of one single jar. The quantity you bought does not change the size of the reward.
- We cover shipping costs for redemption within Germany and Austria. For deliveries to other countries our regular shipping terms apply.
- We send you the code by Instagram direct message within 14 days of reviewing your entry.
- The code can be redeemed in our online shop within 3 months of receipt. It cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions, is not transferable, and cannot be paid out in cash. No refund is given for any unused value.
- There is no claim to a particular product or to availability.
6. One entry per person
Each person may take part only once during the promotion period and receives a maximum of one jar of collagen, i.e. one voucher code – regardless of how many cards, Instagram accounts, orders or jars are involved. Buying a bundle does not change this. Multiple entries from the same household or the same delivery address count as one entry.
7. Your video and how we use it
By sending us your video you grant us the non-exclusive, unlimited in time and territory, royalty-free right to store your video in whole or in part, to edit it (e.g. cropping, subtitles, sound) and to publish it on our own channels – in particular Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, our website, newsletters and online advertising. This includes naming your Instagram handle.
Before we publish anything for the first time, we will also ask you by direct message for confirmation. We only publish if you agree there.
You can withdraw your consent at any time and without giving a reason – a short message to service@kollageninstitut.de or by DM is enough. We will then remove the content from our channels promptly; publications made before the withdrawal remain lawful up to the point of removal, and we have no control over copies made by third parties. Withdrawing has no effect on your reward.
Please make sure you hold the rights to your video: no other people in frame without their agreement, no protected music or third-party content. We cannot consider content that is unlawful, offensive or discriminatory. We are under no obligation to publish.
8. Data protection
We process the data you send us as part of the promotion (Instagram handle, video, and contact details where applicable) in order to run and settle this promotion and – on the basis of your consent under section 7 – to publish content on our channels. Once the promotion has ended and statutory retention periods have expired, we delete the data, unless it is still required for an ongoing publication. Details are in our privacy policy.
This promotion is in no way connected to, sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram or Meta.
9. Exclusion from the promotion
If these terms are breached, or in cases of manipulation, incomplete or evidently incorrect information, we reserve the right to exclude participants. Voucher codes already issued may be invalidated in such cases.
10. Changes and termination
We reserve the right to change, suspend or end the promotion in whole or in part for good cause – for example technical faults, manipulation or legal reasons. Participants derive no claims from this, unless we acted with intent or gross negligence.
11. Miscellaneous
German law applies. Should any provision of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.
12. Product note
Our products are food supplements and are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Please do not make health claims in your video.
