Delivery & payment
The following conditions apply:
Domestic deliveries (Germany)
We calculate the shipping costs at a flat rate of 2.95 euros per order. From an order value of 30 euros we deliver free of charge.
Deliveries abroad
We currently deliver to all countries in the European Union as well as Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Norway and the USA. We charge a flat rate of 6.95 euros for shipping to countries in the European Union. From an order value of 50 euros, shipping to these countries is free of charge. There are no customs or import duties for deliveries within the EU. For shipping to Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Norway and the USA, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee of 9.95 euros. From an order value of 75 euros, shipping to these countries is free of charge. Please note: Deliveries to non-EU countries may incur additional customs charges, taxes and fees. We have no control over customs and other import fees.
Delivery times
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the goods are delivered domestically (Germany) within 3-5 days, for deliveries abroad within 5-10 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made any other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
During certain seasons and discount campaigns, delivery times may be longer.
Value added tax
The flat-rate shipping fee includes value added tax. The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components.

When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.
