Fischkollagen oder Fischöl?

Ich nehme seit vielen Jahren Fischöl als Nahrungsergänzung. Es tut mir gut. Und die positive Wirkung auf Blutdruck und Herz ist ziemlich unbestritten. Jedenfalls tut es meinem Blutdruck gut. Ich habe jetzt auch mit Kollagen angefangen, weil es eigentlich ein ganz gutes komplementäres Supplement ist. Wenn man das richtige Kollagenprodukt kauft - zum Beispiel das hier vom Kollageninstitut! - dann ist es heilsam und unterstützend für Bindegewebe, Knorpel und Gelenke. Für mich ist das eine gute Kombination - kann ich nur jedem empfehlen!!!

Anfang des Jahres bin ich 50 Jahre alt geworden und habe mir fest vorgenommen, ein paar Dinge in meinem Leben umzustellen. Dazu gehört Ernährung und Sport. Habe auch gleich im Januar mit dem Marine Kollagen vom Kollagen Institut angefangen. Nun ist das erste Quartal vorbei und ich fühle mich definitiv jünger und nicht älter. Meiner Haut geht es deutlich besser (mehr Spannung!) und meinen Haaren (mehr Volumen!) auch. Ich glaube bei mir hat es die Kombination aus Sport und Ernährung und Kollagen gemacht. In jedem Fall spare ich mir inzwischen teure Nachtcremes. Bislang ist mein Plan aufgegangen mal sehen ob ich es so halten kann.
