  • Perfect size

    The capsule size of our collagen capsules is ‘00’. This means that the size of a capsule is approx. 23.3 mm x 8.2 mm. Each capsule is filled with approx. 500mg of collagen.

    The capsule size is ideal for providing sufficient collagen per capsule. At the same time, the capsules are small enough to be swallowed comfortably.

  • Optimum dosage

    Our collagen capsules are typically dosed in such a way that the body is supplied with approx. 2-3 grams of collagen per day. This corresponds to 4-6 collagen capsules per day.

    This dosage is considered ideal as it is both scientifically effective and practical. Most scientific studies recommend 2.5 or 5 grams of collagen per day. Too low a dosage of e.g. 1 capsule daily is not sufficient to stimulate the body's own collagen metabolism. A dosage that is too high, e.g. 20 grams per day, is difficult to integrate into everyday life and not very practical.

  • Vegan capsule shell

    We use HPMC (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose) as the capsule shell for our collagen capsules, with the following advantages: HPMC capsules are vegetarian and vegan. They are tasteless and odorless, which makes them pleasant to take. In addition, HPMC capsules are easily soluble in the stomach, which ensures rapid release of the ingredients and enables improved bioavailability. They are also stable to moisture and temperature fluctuations, which increases their shelf life and storability. Last but not least, HPMC capsules are free from animal derivatives and allergenic substances, making them an ideal capsule shell for our collagen capsules.

Wirkt spürbar

Ich nehme das Marine Kollagen Pulver seit ca. 2 Monaten täglich morgens mit ungesüßtem Kräutertee ein, das Pulver löst sich schnell auf. Der Geschmack ist nicht ganz neutral, ich gebe immer etwas Zitronensaft dazu. Die Wirkung ist zufriedenstellend, schon nach wenigen Wochen waren Haut und Haare spürbar besser (Haarausfall ist zurück gegangen, Haare elastischer und etwas voller, Haut fester und geschmeidiger) auch mein Aussehen ist etwas frischer geworden. Man darf sich keine Wunder erwarten, aber eine spürbare Verbesserung. Auch meine Gelenke schmerzen weniger, obwohl marines Kollagen angeblich eher bei Haut und Haaren wirkt. Ich vermute, dass die Qualität des Produktes passt bzw. hochwertig ist und werde es wieder nachbestellen.
