Vertrage die Kapseln gut. Kein Aufstoßen, kein Sodbrennen. Sind hochdosiert, so dass 4 Stück am Tag ausreichen. Keinerlei Nebenwirkungen sichtbar oder spürbar, dazu schon Verbesserung von Haut und Nägeln. Gut!

Die Auswahl für Kollagen Präparate ist unendlich groß... habe selbst schon viel probiert. Das Kollagen Institut wurde mit von einer Freundin empfohlen. Und sie haben mich überzeugt! Die Marine Kapseln sind geruchsneutral und lassen sich gut schlucken. Viel wichtiger ist aber der Effekt: Das Kollagen ist in Studien geprüft und die Wirkung klinisch bestätigt. Das kann ich selbst auch bestätigen: Haut und Haaren geht es deutlich besser. Weniger Spannung in der Haut, mehr Feuchtigkeit und dazu weniger Spliss in den Haaren. Super!

Meine Haut ist schon lange wahnsinnig trocken und all die Cremes etc haben bislang nicht geholfen. Daher habe ich mal Collagen probiert um die Haut von innen mit Feuchtigkeit zu versorgen. Nehme jeden Tag 4 Kapseln. Ich muss sagen nach 4 Wochen ist meine Haut deutlich besser geworden. Klare Empfehlung bei rissiger und trockener Haut!

Fischkollagen oder Fischöl?

Ich nehme seit vielen Jahren Fischöl als Nahrungsergänzung. Es tut mir gut. Und die positive Wirkung auf Blutdruck und Herz ist ziemlich unbestritten. Jedenfalls tut es meinem Blutdruck gut. Ich habe jetzt auch mit Kollagen angefangen, weil es eigentlich ein ganz gutes komplementäres Supplement ist. Wenn man das richtige Kollagenprodukt kauft - zum Beispiel das hier vom Kollageninstitut! - dann ist es heilsam und unterstützend für Bindegewebe, Knorpel und Gelenke. Für mich ist das eine gute Kombination - kann ich nur jedem empfehlen!!!
