Hoffnung

Da wir das Kollagen Pulver erst eine Woche nehmen, kann ich noch nicht viel über die Wirkung aussagen. Ich bilde mir ein dass meine Schmerzen im Ellenbogen etwas weniger geworden sind, aber wie geschrieben ist die Einnahme erst 1 Woche. Ich habe habe sehr große Hoffnung dass ich mir damit etwas gutes tue.
Wir nehmen jeden Morgen 2 Teelöffel in den Kaffee.
Die Verpackung und auch die Lieferung sind/ waren perfekt. Es ist komplett geschmacksneutral und riecht neutral.
Was ich sehr gut finde das es keine Einzelportionen sind wodurch jede Menge Verpackungsmaterial und Müll
gespart wird.

Der Collagen Hype ist ja vielen Leuten zu Kopf gestiegen. Wichtig ist, objektiv zu bleiben und sich die Daten- und Studienlage anzusehen. Kollagen ist ein gut erforschtes Nahrungsergänzungsmittel, aber Kollagen ist nicht gleich Kollagen. Es ist entscheidend, welches Kollagen man zu sich nimmt. Die Studienlage zum Kollagen für Gelenke ist nicht so umfassend wie für Haut, Haare, Nägel - umso wichtiger ist es, das richtige Kollagen zu nehmen, welches tatsächlich in Studien getestet wurde. Daher ist meine Wahl auf das Kollagen Institut gefallen. Die Kollagenpeptide sind speziell für die Gelenke und Knorpel optimiert. Wenn Kollagen helfen soll und kann, dann nur so!

Anfangs war ich ziemlich skeptisch. Habe das Pulver trotzdem ausprobiert. Gut: Das Pulver ist komplett geschmacksneutral. Noch besser: Es hilft meinen Gelenken. Deutliche Verbesserung im Schmerzbereich der Knie. Total sinnvolle Ergänzung für meine anfälligen Gelenke, vor allem nach dem Sport. Nächstes Mal bestelle ich gleich ein 3er Pack.
